You walk in and the first thing you see is the golf course stretching out through the windows. Victory Heights green, quiet, birds drifting past—honestly you forget for a second that you are in the city at all. You can actually stretch out or just stand by the window with your coffee in the morning and watch the golfers below.

Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road are both close so it does not take long to shoot over to Downtown Dubai or somewhere like Dubai Mall. You can get to City Centre Me'aisem fast, or even Motor City if you want coffee or brunch on the weekend. And if you are into sports or just like a walk somewhere green, the golf course view here is honestly special.
