The best thing is you do not need to drive everywhere. Downstairs there is plenty of easy access to the essentials. Supermarkets are just a short walk, and if you need a quick snack or a coffee at the end of the day there are little cafes along the promenade. Sometimes people walk their dogs in the evenings or sit out chatting on benches long after dark. It feels friendly down here.

The apartment is right in the heart of Dubai Marina so you get that city energy if you want it but your home stays quiet when you need that too. JBR is just across the canal and you will find great food spots or beach strolls without dealing with Dubai traffic. Even if you never leave the building you still have everything close.
