You get these tall windows in the living room that just let the daylight pour in. I remember standing by the glass and watching some kids having a race down below just laughter everywhere. You can see The Palm Jumeirah if you peek out in the right direction and on clear mornings you even spot out toward the Emirates Golf Course. There are views over Dubai Media City and out towards Jumeirah Beach so if open skies are your thing you will get a little bit of everything here. The access is pretty much as good as it gets in Dubai Marina because Sheikh Zayed Road is just around the corner. No endless traffic jams here and you can walk over to the metro and tram which is a lifesaver if you do not love driving. Downstairs there is always some sense of life. Sometimes I would see neighbors heading out for a run along the water or stopping by little cafes that seem to always smell like cinnamon. The marina is almost right there for those evening strolls where you just want to clear your head. Grocery stores are not far and honestly I never had a time when I felt I had to go out of my way to get anything.
