Hyati Residences, Jumeirah Village Circle
Some homes just feel easy as soon as you open the door. I had that feeling that makes you slow down a bit when I first walked into this two bedroom apartment in Hyati Residences at Jumeirah Village Circle. Maybe it is the way the light fills up the place or maybe it is just something about the vibe here but honestly I looked out over the community from the balcony and just sort of forgot about my phone for a while.
So this is a corner apartment which always makes things brighter there are windows everywhere and if you stand by them in the morning the sunlight really gets to you. Right away you get that open plan feeling when you walk in. The kitchen is right off to the left and what I like about it is not just the modern cabinets or the stone countertops. It really feels like a kitchen you might want to cook in. There is enough space to spread out groceries or get a few friends helping with dinner. Loads of storage too so you hardly see any clutter which I know makes mornings feel easier.
The living and dining space actually works for both curling up with a book or having a few people over for coffee. I spent a little time checking out the balcony and honestly you could stick a table and a couple chairs out there and make it your little spot to unwind after work. In the evenings you can even hear birds sometimes. Jumeirah Village Circle is one of those neighborhoods where kids are biking around the block and you see people jogging or walking their dogs below. The community feeling just hits different here.
Down the hallway you pass a proper bathroom which is handy for guests and then a maid's room which surprised me. It is got a good sized window and it actually could work as a study or a little guest room if you want. The second bedroom gets loads of light. It faces out toward the heart of JVC and there are built in wardrobes so packing all your stuff away is way simpler. Bedroom feels tucked away and private honestly. The master bedroom is where you feel that little bit extra. It is roomy with its own ensuite bathroom which is finished with those little touches that just make your mornings nicer. Attached to that there is another balcony kind of your own morning escape if you need some air or just want to people watch over coffee.
Hyati Residences gets a few things right that most newer buildings miss. The hallways feel wider the lobby is friendly rather than too fancy and most folks you pass actually nod or smile when you walk by. There are also a couple shops and a small gym downstairs so you do not always need to drive everywhere. Walk a few minutes outside and the park is not far and it is not unusual to see folks having lazy weekend picnics or walking with strollers. If you ever crave a proper coffee the little cafes pop up in the area every few blocks. There is something breathing and lived in about this part of Dubai. You get the urban touches but also quiet enough that you can just listen to the birds first thing in the morning.
The location here is actually one of my favorite things. Jumeirah Village Circle makes Dubai feel a little more relaxed. You can get to the Mall of the Emirates or Marina pretty quick but when you come back in the evening it still feels like a genuine neighborhood. So if you want something practical but also a home that helps you slow down sometimes this two bedroom apartment is worth seeing for yourself. It sits at 1327 square feet so you do not feel cramped and from the balcony you really get the sense of the whole area. The only way to know if it feels right is to just walk through it in person. If you have any questions or just want to wander around and see if it fits reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make your next move as comfortable as possible.
