Banyan Tree Residences Hillside Dubai, Jumeirah Lake Towers
Some homes just have a certain energy when you step through the door. This two bedroom apartment in Banyan Tree Residences Hillside Dubai does that for me. I found myself pausing by the windows just looking out over Emirates Hills with those green golf courses stretching off into the distance. It is on a higher floor so everything feels a bit above the city noise and honestly, sometimes it is so quiet up here you almost forget you are in Jumeirah Lake Towers at all.
I always love places with plenty of light and this one really gets it right. The whole apartment is wrapped in floor to ceiling glass so you just get this calm brightness from morning to sunset. When I walked in, I noticed straightaway how much room there is. The ceilings feel so high it is almost unexpected and the open living space just flows from that first welcome area to the main sitting space and then all the way to the kitchen. It actually feels like somewhere you'd want to cook for real, not just unpack takeaway. The fittings are all top drawer with brands like Siemens and Villeroy and Boch scattered around. Opening a drawer or running a tap, you can feel the quality. There is a formal dining area too if you want to have proper dinners or maybe just set up a big puzzle for the weekend.
Both bedrooms are en suite and they feel quiet, restful, like there's just enough space for everything. The closets are bigger than you might expect in Dubai apartments so storage never seems to be an issue here. I had a look around and thought you could really just settle in with your things, nothing crowded or awkward. And those bathrooms have a spa feeling, with fittings from Grohe, more of that slick, always clean look everywhere.
Now outside is probably my favourite part. The balcony just keeps going as it wraps the corner and the view is easy on the eyes. Early mornings you get soft sun over the golf greens and in the evenings the sky can really put on a show. You might want to bring out a chair and just let the day fade away here. Sometimes you'll see the golfers in the distance or even spot a few birds that stop by the trees. It feels private but not isolated.
Life in Banyan Tree Residences has its own rhythm. Management here is genuinely attentive and you can feel it in the small things. If something ever comes up, there's always someone friendly at the desk or a team sorting things out behind the scenes. There is a Director of Residences who actually seems to care about keeping things running smooth. The amenities have a club-like vibe but it's not stuffy. There's a pool deck downstairs where families and friends just hang out, a spa that feels quieter than most in Dubai, and even a poolside cafe if you do not feel like making coffee at home. On some evenings, you'll see residents wandering down for a late swim or stopping by the clubhouse—everyone settles at their own pace.
Jumeirah Lake Towers as a location has grown so much in recent years. There is a bit of everything here, from small groceries and salons to nice cafés where the staff remember your name eventually. Weekends you'll probably feel the urge to step out along the lakeside paths or take a scooter down for coffee. Evenings are when the community is at its best and sometimes you see kids on their bikes or neighbours catching up by the water.
It is impossible to get the feeling of this apartment into words. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If you have any questions or just want someone to walk you through what living here is actually like, feel free to reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want your next move to feel as real and relaxed as possible.
