Hospitals and schools are close by so you do not end up spending half your life in traffic. Dubai Hills Mall is just a short drive so groceries or a last minute pizza dinner are never out of reach. Evenings feel quieter here with families strolling or kids riding their bikes just round the corner. If you need a coffee fix Tasha's is just down the road and the Dubai Hills Park is around the bend so you can go for a quick run or let the kids loose on the playground.
