I have had people tell me their kids walk or bike to school with friends which is something you do not hear much elsewhere in town.

Garage is all covered with an electronic roller door so you are never worrying about your car in the heat. And with hospitals and shops on your doorstep, honestly life just feels pretty easy here. The neighbourhood itself has a calm quiet feel most days, except for when families are out enjoying the evening or heading to the clubhouse for dinner.
