I found myself walking through and thinking about actual daily life here. It is a corner spot and single row so there is this little extra privacy and even when you stand near the windows, the light sort of wraps around you. The central park is so close by and they have more than just green fields. There's a new splash pool for little ones and for something different an outdoor ice rink brings out the neighbors in the cooler months. I have passed by in the evenings when there are impromptu football games and parents chatting near the clubhouse which is a nice spot for lazy afternoons. The clubhouse itself has two proper restaurants that are licensed so you can actually grab a good meal with a glass of something and stare out at the skyline. There are few places where you get that direct view of Downtown from such a peaceful family friendly address.

Location wise you are fifteen minutes from Downtown Dubai and even closer to Dubai Marina. That is a big deal if you need to commute or just like a change of pace. The Dubai Hills Mall is almost open so soon coffee shops and grocery runs will be even easier and honestly it is just nice knowing that all these things are growing with the area.
