Maple 1, Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just have that welcoming vibe from the second you push the door open. This three bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate honestly caught me right away and I think it might be the garden that does it. I wandered through and the first thing I noticed was how the outside and inside sort of blend together because those big floor-to-ceiling windows bring all the sunshine in. The whole place feels a little lighter thanks to that.
Stepping into the living area, it actually feels relaxed. There is proper space for a big couch, a real dining table, maybe even a reading chair if you like that sort of thing. You will not be squeezing by furniture all the time, and it just feels easy to imagine a slow breakfast here on a weekend or maybe a movie night if you have friends over.
The kitchen sits just off to the side, semi-closed so you get a little privacy but you are still part of the house even if you are the one cooking dinner. And it really is a kitchen you can cook in. There is just something about the layout that makes you feel like meals are not just for show. Storage is sorted and there is good counter space for when you want to get a bit ambitious or maybe even let the kids help out. You can always keep an eye out on the garden if someone is out there playing.
Speaking of the garden, honestly that might be my favorite bit. The landscaping has been kept up beautifully so you do not get that dried out feeling sometimes. It feels green and soft underfoot, and when I stood outside for a moment you could see kids biking past down the road and you just hear the sounds of families living nearby. It makes all the difference if you are looking for that sense of community.
Heading upstairs, you will find two good sized bedrooms that feel cozy without being cramped. They both have wardrobes built in so you can pack up and move your stuff right in. The Jack and Jill bathroom is pretty practical too if you have kids or guests and it saves any arguing in the mornings.
Down the passage you get the master and it has this honest sense of calm. There is loads of closet space, proper walk-in, so no need to compromise on clothes or shoes. The en suite bathroom gets a big tub that is actually deep enough for a proper soak after work. There are fitted cabinets and honestly enough counter for all your bits and pieces so it does not feel messy. And if you want a moment to yourself in the evenings, you can step out to the balcony which looks out over the garden. Sometimes you even forget your phone and just enjoy a little quiet.
The neighborhood itself is one of the biggest draws. Dubai Hills Estate is known for just feeling a little more open, a little greener. You get that calm suburb feeling but you are not far from anything in the city. The Dubai Hills Park is not far if you fancy a run, or even just a coffee stroll. The streets are usually full of kids playing in the evenings or people walking dogs and there is a good mix of families and young couples as well.
If you are a golfer or maybe just like a lazy brunch somewhere nice, the championship course is right there with its clubhouse and two proper restaurants. The view from there is a bit special too because you can actually see Burj Khalifa in the distance while you eat. It is the sort of place where you end up knowing your neighbors and the coffee shop is never too far, plus all your shopping is close by at Dubai Hills Mall.
I always think with homes like this the only way to know if it feels right is to come and see it for yourself. Happy to answer any questions if you have them or just walk you through whenever you are ready. Here at LuxuryProperty dot com we honestly want your next move to feel as comfortable and easy as possible.
