You can get to Downtown Dubai in fifteen minutes if you want more excitement or just spend the weekend here, where it is peaceful.
Day to day, it just feels like the kind of place where it is easy to settle in. Not just a show home, not something for people who never cook or who only want to impress. The property is also a solid option for investment because of the area and those little touches that add up.
