Murano Residences, Al Furjan
Some homes just let you breathe a little easier when you step through the door. That is honestly the first thing I noticed about this three bedroom townhouse at Murano Residences in Al Furjan. You know those places where everything feels really sharp and new but not in a cold way This one sits a little differently. You walk in and there is sunlight moving quietly across the floor and you can almost imagine mornings with just the sound of the coffee pot and the garden birds outside.
This townhouse is brand new so everything still feels crisp under your fingertips. The flooring is soft underfoot. The finishes are smooth and modern without trying too hard. In the entrance you get that real sense of a proper home where you can drop your keys or set your shopping down without worrying about scratching anything. There is a warmth to it. You can tell the owners really wanted it to feel lived in even before anyone moved in.
The kitchen is actually somewhere you would want to cook for real. I always like to check the workspace and this one is pretty generous. You have a built in oven which means no wires everywhere or odd gaps and the electric hob heats evenly. Sometimes it is the little things like a good extractor that help keep the space feeling fresh. There is enough room for a proper dishwasher and the way it opens up to the dining area just makes sense if you ever have friends over or need to keep an eye on something simmering while kids do homework nearby. You will also find storage just where you expect it which is a nice touch.
There is a separate laundry room that does not feel tucked away in a corner but easy to access without it being the first thing you see. I have seen a lot of floor plans and this one just feels logical. The ensuite maids room is a real bonus. Some people use it as an office or just extra guest space if family come to stay. Walking into the living and dining area, you get these uninterrupted views through the wide glass doors to the landscaped back garden. Honestly, you will probably catch yourself watching the sky change colors in the evening from here.
Upstairs is where it all gets a bit more private. The master bedroom is just quiet. There is plenty of sunlight through the balcony doors and you will probably find yourself heading out there more than you think even just for five minutes of the morning breeze. The ensuite bathroom is clean lined and simple and it is definitely a space you can actually relax in. The two extra bedrooms share a bathroom which makes things straightforward for a family or if you have overnight visitors. They each get their own window views. Sometimes you hear laughter from the pool area a few minutes away in the evenings or see kids biking near the gardens which is something I always like about this part of Al Furjan.
Al Furjan itself is pretty well set up for day to day life. The Spinneys at the Pavilion is walking distance so grocery runs never feel like a chore. Coffee shops dot around the community and I have found myself grabbing a takeaway and just sitting in the communal gardens more than once. There are pools and tennis courts nearby for the days you feel like being active. Getting around is easy too since you are never far from Jumeirah Park and Jumeirah Islands or even just nipping over to Springs or Meadows. The main roads are close but you do not really hear much traffic so it stays peaceful.
If you are after an open land view rather than just looking onto another row of houses this one does that for you. Even when it is busy outside it is still calm inside. Plenty of space at nearly two thousand two hundred fifty square feet built up and over sixteen hundred on the plot so you do not feel squeezed.
Places like this do not always show up in photos. You sort of have to feel it for yourself.
