Aurum Villas, Claret, Akoya
Some homes just feel lived in even before you bring in your boxes. Walking into this three bedroom townhouse in Claret at Akoya, I got that feeling right away. Maybe it is the open space or the sunlight that really does fill up every corner. Or maybe it is just something about how the place feels set up for actual living and not just for show. I spent a while just standing in the living room thinking this would be a pretty easy place to call home.
This townhouse is tucked inside Akoya's Claret community which always has a bit of a relaxed feel. There are families around. You hear dogs barking every now and then or see someone heading out for a jog after work. At the same time you are only a few minutes away from Tiger Woods' golf course right over there. It is close enough that if you're into golf you probably already know about it. If not it still means you get green views every now and then and the area just feels a bit fresher because of it. Some mornings are especially quiet here and you notice a certain stillness. Not much traffic. The air smells a bit nicer than in the city. There are coffee shops and little grocery spots nearby so running out for fresh bread in the morning or a quick snack is always easy.
Walking through the townhouse itself you get a sense of space. The built up area is about 1768 square feet and I noticed the rooms have just the right proportions. The living room is big enough for a proper family movie night but it does not feel cold or echoey. I sat down just to see how the light hits in the afternoon and honestly it makes the whole room look even larger. There is a separate kitchen which is a nice touch. It actually feels like a kitchen you would cook in not just something for heating up leftovers. There is space for real storage and actual counters you can spread out on. Plus the finishes are simple but solid. The kitchen leads out to the garden which feels like the kind of spot where you would actually use the space maybe even grow some herbs or just sit outside in the evenings.
On the ground floor you also have the maid's room with its own bathroom. It is out of the way a bit so if you ever need help or maybe want a guest to stay over it works without everyone bumping into each other.
Heading upstairs you will find three bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom which honestly is a bit of a treat. No need to fight over the shower in the mornings. The closets are all built in and there's enough space to actually move around without feeling boxed in. The master bathroom stood out. I could actually see myself taking an extra ten minutes in the tub there. The other bedrooms are good for kids or maybe make one into a home office. Sometimes you catch a view from the window over the community lawns or just see the sun coming up. It feels very private up here too and you notice how little noise there is.
What I like about this place is that it is not trying to be too much. It is not trying to show off. You get a proper garden space and room to relax but it is all pretty straightforward. The plot is about 1882 square feet which means you can actually enjoy being outside without having to spend every weekend mowing the lawn.
Everything just feels within reach here but nothing shouts for attention. Claret in Akoya has that kind of laid back Dubailand rhythm where the days can slow down if you let them. Schools are reachable groceries are always close and the main roads make it easy to get into town or out for a drive. Some afternoons kids are riding bikes down the street or kicking a football on the grass and it feels like a proper neighborhood.
The only way you ever really know if a townhouse like this one fits is to come and see it in person. If you have questions or just want to walk through sometime let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next move to feel as smooth and welcoming as possible.
