Some homes just feel like a relaxed Saturday morning the second you walk in. That is what happened when I visited this three bedroom townhouse over at Arabella Townhouses in Mudon. I went in expecting the usual kind of show unit but honestly I just ended up sitting by the front window for a minute and watching folks stroll down the street. Everything outside is surprisingly quiet for a family oriented community and you can almost hear the kids riding their bikes home from the playground at the end of the lane.

So this is the Type B layout which is one of the most practical ones you will find in Arabella Townhouses. To me the first thing you notice is how much sunlight is in the living and dining area. There are these big windows that just seem to catch every bit of light and bounce it around and it feels warm even without any lamps on. The semi open kitchen is right there off the dining area and it feels like a spot where you would actually cook a real meal I am not talking about just reheating leftovers. There are three swimming pools sprinkled around and several parks where you find families in the evenings. Playgrounds pop up on nearly every street it feels and there are peaceful walkways with workout stations if you feel like getting out for a stretch. Sometimes you see parents hanging out with kids after school before heading home for dinner. It is a bit of an old fashioned neighborhood vibe which is rare now.

One thing I like is how everything in Mudon feels close but not cramped. The Arabella community center is walking distance or a quick bike ride away and that means getting your coffee or picking up something from the small supermarket is never a hassle. The cafes are always open and I have seen more than one person sitting out there just watching the world go by. If you need to get anywhere else you have Emirates Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road right near so getting in and out of the city is a breeze but you come home to quiet streets you actually want to be on.

The townhouse itself is set on a single row which I have to say really matters for privacy and getting extra light in. Built up area floats at around fifteen forty four square feet with a plot that feels big enough for a bit of a garden or grilling space outside if that is your thing. The place just makes it easy whether you want to host friends or just keep things calm with family. Sometimes you forget your phone because it is just nice to be home here.
