Out on the leisure deck, people tend to gather for evening chats or just watching the sky turn pink over the city. If you like to keep active, there are sport areas and a kids play spot just off to the side where you often see parents catching up.

There are shops and small cafés lining the boulevard right outside, so running out for groceries or grabbing a pastry is never a chore. Plus, you get that real sense of community since a lot of residents seem to know each other here. It is the kind of place where you notice familiar faces or stop for a chat on your way home.

Arjan itself has been growing steadily if you have not been here in a while. Schools are close by and Mall of the Emirates is a short drive if you are up for shopping or a movie. Getting around Dubai from here is pretty simple. Roads are open and the traffic is never really that bad compared to some other spots. Weekends tend to feel relaxed and not rushed.
