The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa, Jumeirah Beach Residence
Some places just instantly give you that feeling of being on holiday even though you're really at home. That's what happened when I first came into this three bedroom apartment at The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa in Jumeirah Beach Residence. You barely get through the doorway before the light gets you. Floor to ceiling windows everywhere let the sun in from almost every angle. Actually, the feeling is a little bit like stepping into a bright morning before the city wakes up, even if you're coming home in the dark. You look toward the balcony and honestly, you might just want to go out and stay there for a while. Something about the fresh air out here, or maybe how you can hear the city, but it's not in your face.
Standing at just about 1967 square feet, the space really opens up. The layout just works, you know Sometimes open plan kitchens look pretty but you're not sure they make sense for real life. Here, it feels like someone thought about where the kitchen goes with the dining area, and the way the living space just flows toward the balcony. You can actually picture having a relaxed breakfast with sunlight all around or ordering in from one of the nearby restaurants for nights when you just do not feel like cooking. There is something simple about it, easy even. The bedrooms are all set off to the other side so you have that bit of privacy. Sometimes in apartments everything feels squashed together inside. Not this one. Each bedroom is a decent size, all of them en suite, which is just practical. No sharing bathrooms or awkward morning queues. And the windows in the bedrooms bring in the light but also give you enough privacy so you still feel like you're tucked away.
Actually, that's one of my favorite things about The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa. You get the lifestyle of a five star beachfront hotel but it still feels like home. Down in the lobby, the staff greets you by name. There are always people around but never too much. It is a mix you only really see in this part of Dubai. Jumeirah Beach Residence always feels lively but also never overwhelming. You get all these options right on your doorstep. Sometimes kids are out on bikes after sunset or couples heading for ice cream. The beach is right outside, you just grab your towel and wander down. Not many places where you can do that, especially in the city.
And then there's everything else on site. You have restaurants that are good enough for a lazy Sunday brunch or a quick coffee if you're in a rush. The pool actually gets the sun almost all day if you're someone who likes a proper tan. The gym is tucked away but never really crowded. What is really impressive is how close you are to some of the most iconic sights in Dubai like Ain Dubai and Caesars Palace. You could actually walk there if you want, or just watch while people gather for the evening lights.
Living here also means you do not have to worry about retail therapy being far away. Everyday bits and pieces are never too much trouble to get hold of. Plus, taxis are always around if you want to go anywhere and honestly, a lot of your life might just happen around the beach promenade. You sometimes see families picnicking under the palm trees or people jogging early in the morning before work.
The rent on this one sits at three hundred and thirty thousand AED. For a three bedroom apartment with this much light in this part of the city, it does feel like a smart choice if you want both convenience and that real community feeling.
But here's the honest truth. You only really know if it is right when you see it for yourself. If you want to walk through, ask questions or just sit on the balcony for a bit, just reach out whenever you like. At LuxuryProperty.com, we try to keep things relaxed and personal, so your next move just feels right.
