3 Bedroom Apartment in Shoreline Apartments, Palm Jumeirah

Sometimes you walk into a place and just get this feeling like you could stay a while. That is exactly what happened to me the first time I saw this three bedroom apartment at Shoreline Apartments on Palm Jumeirah. The sun finds its way into nearly every corner and honestly you just want to sit down for a minute and let yourself relax. It is up on a high floor so once you make your way through the door and past the grand entryway you see out across the Palm and can even catch a bit of the sea from the lounge. I stood there for a while just watching the water and thinking how easy it would be to feel at home in a place like this.

The layout puts the living and dining area together in one big open space so there is plenty of room to move around and live your life. You could have family gathered for a weekend breakfast or just collapse onto the sofa after a walk along the shoreline. One thing you will notice is that the balcony has that classic Shoreline Apartments feel and it really is big enough to put a few chairs and just look out over the community with a coffee in hand. You catch some lovely sea air up here especially in the evenings.

The kitchen is a closed style you know with a proper door so if you like doing a real meal now and then instead of just takeout it makes a difference. There is this breakfast bar in there that actually feels like a spot you might use. Maybe to have a quick chat in the morning before heading off to work. I kind of like that it is not trying too hard. The bedrooms all have built in wardrobes and there is more storage tucked out of the way than you expect. You will not find clutter building up here unless you really try. All three bedrooms are honestly good sized. There is no tiny box room where someone pulls the short straw. The sunlight just drifts across the floors in the afternoons and sometimes you can hear a bit of the city but it is not loud at all.

Now the bathrooms are bigger than you would guess from the outside of the building. It is something I actually noticed because a lot of Dubai apartments squeeze this part but not here. Good water pressure too by the way and fittings that feel solid not flimsy. It might sound small but it does matter when you are living here every day.

Palm Jumeirah itself just feels a bit different from the rest of Dubai. It has that buzz of the city but you also look outside and people are biking around or just heading to the beach with their kids. There are always people out even late after dark and you get this sense it is more of a community than just a block of apartments. The Shoreline Apartments in particular are known for being convenient. It is one of the easier places to get on and off the Palm from which is nice if you are planning to head out to the Marina or into town for work. But honestly you can find a coffee shop or a little store never too far from your door and it is pretty rare not to bump into a neighbor or two.

The views from up here are what most people remember. You do get a partial sea view which means some days you get those sparkly water reflections right into your home. It is not the full on postcard Palm shot but sometimes that feels even better because it is more like your own piece of it rather than something out of reach.
