Princess Tower, Dubai Marina
Some homes just feel a little bit different when you walk through the door. This three bedroom apartment at Princess Tower in Dubai Marina gave me that feeling right away. Maybe it is the light everywhere or the quiet up here. I stopped for a minute in the entry hall and you can actually hear your own footsteps because it is so peaceful. You would not expect that in one of Dubai's tallest buildings with all this city around but here it just feels easy.
As you go further inside, that easy feeling stays with you. The living and dining area is all open so you are not boxed off from each other or from the views. Big stone floors under your feet make the whole space feel solid and there is this sense of quiet luxury but never flashy. The sun just pours in through those big floor to ceiling windows and you will find yourself standing there for a bit, taking it in. Dubai Marina stretches out right below you with the water shining and you can see the Arabian Gulf running out to the horizon. Now and then you catch a glimpse of the Palm out in the distance plus Bluewaters Island. Some days you can spot the Dubai Eye wheel through the haze. The balcony off the living room became my favorite spot quickly. It is just right for a couple of chairs and a table, maybe an evening chat or sitting there with a book. Up here the breeze feels fresh and undisturbed by city noise. You get privacy even in a busy place like this and not every apartment gives you that.
The kitchen actually surprised me in a really good way. It is closed off so you can really get into your cooking without the rest of the living area smelling like dinner for hours after. There is enough space to roll out dough or chop up more than just takeaways. Sunlight comes in even here and there is this extra balcony off the kitchen which I could see being really handy for catching a breath of air or just hanging out while the kettle is on. Storage feels natural and practical so basically you will not run out of room for your groceries or extra pans. It is easy to picture someone actually using this kitchen not just for display.
Bedrooms are really worth mentioning. They are not those awkward tiny rooms you sometimes see in city apartments. Each one gets just the right amount of light so mornings feel good but afternoons are never too harsh. The master bedroom feels like a calm escape especially with its own wide balcony where you get that cool morning air or night views stretching out over Dubai Marina. Each room gives you at least a partial sea view so there is always that memory you are living close to the water. Despite being high up and right in the city the bedrooms have this soft quiet feeling which I do not always find in Marina places.
Other things make life smoother here. There is a full maids room which could easily become more storage or an office if you do not need live in help. Two proper parking spots so you do not have to circle the parking levels at the end of a long day. Amenities downstairs are the kind that residents actually use. You are not just buying a brochure here. The pool is both indoor and outdoor so you can swim all year. The gym is actually ready to go and there is a sauna. If you have a birthday or small gathering there is space for that too.
The real draw for Dubai Marina apartments is always location and honestly it is hard to beat here. You step out and you are right among the cafés and shops plus there are always small new spots to try. The Beach at JBR is so close for sandy mornings or lazy weekends. Dubai Marina Mall is there for your groceries or browsing. Early evenings you often see kids on bikes or residents walking dogs between the towers. Living here means being part of a real community in Princess Tower not just staying somewhere.
This apartment never tries to be loud. It has charm in the details and the way it feels lived in even when empty. Views are constant but never overbearing. You get space to breathe and unwind in one of Dubai's best towers. The only way to know if it actually feels right for you is to see it. Reach out any time for a viewing or just to chat about your questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we want to help make your next move as easy as stepping through your own front door.
