Some homes just feel a little bit different when you walk through the door. This three bedroom apartment at Princess Tower in Dubai Marina gave me that feeling right away. Maybe it is the light everywhere or the quiet up here. I stopped for a minute in the entry hall and you can actually hear your own footsteps because it is so peaceful. You would not expect that in one of Dubai's tallest buildings with all this city around but here it just feels easy.

Two proper parking spots so you do not have to circle the parking levels at the end of a long day. Amenities downstairs are the kind that residents actually use. You are not just buying a brochure here. The pool is both indoor and outdoor so you can swim all year. The gym is actually ready to go and there is a sauna. If you have a birthday or small gathering there is space for that too.

The real draw for Dubai Marina apartments is always location and honestly it is hard to beat here. You step out and you are right among the cafés and shops plus there are always small new spots to try. The Beach at JBR is so close for sandy mornings or lazy weekends. Dubai Marina Mall is there for your groceries or browsing. Early evenings you often see kids on bikes or residents walking dogs between the towers. Living here means being part of a real community in Princess Tower not just staying somewhere.

This apartment never tries to be loud. It has charm in the details and the way it feels lived in even when empty. Views are constant but never overbearing.
