At street level everything is always lively but up here you get your own peace.

It is one of those spots where whatever you feel in the mood for whether that is a new restaurant or a bit of retail therapy it is all at your door. But you can actually just as easily stay in. Sometimes you almost forget your phone and just make a coffee and sit out on the balcony.

This apartment could work as a home or as one of those places you keep in your portfolio. The layout is smart so you have options. Some of the best investment properties in Dubai are in these towers but this one also feels like somewhere someone could happily settle for years.
