Sheikh Zayed Road is close so it feels easy to get in and out without getting stuck in endless traffic which, honestly, is a small luxury in itself. Early mornings there is a calm vibe and you will see people out with their dogs or jogging while the city wakes up. Cafes are everywhere so you never go far for coffee and anything else you need is just down the road at either Dubai Marina Mall or over in JBR.
