I paused near the living room window for a bit and found myself just staring out at the lake outside. The water has a sort of stillness about it that you do not always see in Dubai. If you want dinner out or a bit of nightlife you are pretty close to Jumeirah Lake Towers as well with all its restaurants. Dubai Marina and Bluewaters Island are close enough that you end up going out without thinking twice about the drive.

Overall the best thing here is maybe how close it feels to everything while still giving you this lakeside calm. Sometimes you forget the city is just around the corner. Kids sometimes bike around in the evenings and the community just feels lived in. Not too polished. Just comfortable.
