3 bedroom apartment in Golden Mile, Palm Jumeirah

Some homes really just let you slow down for a bit. That is what happened when I walked into this three bedroom apartment in Golden Mile on Palm Jumeirah. It is the sort of place where you notice the light before anything else. I remember standing by the window for a while just letting my eyes wander over the view of the park. You really get a sense that life can move at exactly your pace here.

Now I know sometimes you hear about a fully furnished apartment and it sounds like everything is so showroom perfect that you would never want to sit on the sofa. That is not this place. The living room is actually somewhere you would want to hang out for the afternoon. There is room to stretch out and, if you have kids or friends over, you do not bump elbows. This place has three bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms so everyone gets a bit of space. The master suite has this closet that is genuinely big. You could actually keep everything you have ever bought and there would still be room for more. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower which honestly feels rare these days. The other two bedrooms are all en suite as well and they have those built in wardrobes that make moving in way easier. Laundry is tucked out of the way so you do not feel like you are always looking at piles of clothes and there is a separate room for a maid which could just as well be turned into a study or a creative corner if you want.

The balcony is the real hidden bit though. I spent a few minutes just watching people jogging in the park below. Sometimes you see families having little picnics or someone walking their dog early in the evening. It actually feels really peaceful for how central this place is. You are literally right next to Nakheel Mall. You can get anything there—groceries, coffee, dinner or even a quick haircut if you need it. There are clinics close by and a few nurseries too, so if you have young kids, life just gets that much simpler.

It is easy to see why so many families end up staying long term in Palm Jumeirah. Everything from the bars to the spas is nearby, but you do not feel crowded. It feels a little bit like its own world. Plus, the building itself is in one of the best spots along Golden Mile and feels well looked after. I have noticed that the lobby is always neat and people are friendly which you will really appreciate on a busy day.
