3 Bedroom Apartment in Dubai Gate 1, Jumeirah Lake Towers

Sometimes you just know from the first step inside. That's how I felt when I walked into this three bedroom apartment in Dubai Gate One over at Jumeirah Lake Towers. Right away, the place just has that easy airy feel. You get these big windows that let in so much light, it bounces right off the marble floors. The view from up here is exactly what people love about JLT. You can see the tops of the other towers and then that calm blue lake just down below. I actually found myself standing by the window for a bit. You almost forget you are right in the heart of the city.

The way the living space is laid out just makes it simple to imagine real life here. You can see where you would put your dining table and there's still room for a big comfy sofa. There is a high bar stand off the kitchen that honestly feels like something you would use every day. It is not only for show. The kitchen itself is semi open with loads of storage and countertop space. Feels like the sort of kitchen where cooking would be part of your week never a chore. You could even host a few people at the bar and not feel squished. For me it is the balcony that makes the space though. Stepping out with your coffee in the morning you get all that air and the city right there but still somehow peaceful.

The bedrooms here are all about comfort. Each one has its own en suite bathroom so everyone in the family or your guests have their own space. The bathrooms are a bit more colorful than you find in a lot of places and you will notice the built in wardrobes right away. Storage is never really an issue in this apartment. One of the master bedrooms gets its own private balcony which is a bit of a treat. The lake view from there in the late afternoon is just relaxing. I think you will find that this is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of a busy day or even sneak away with a book for a bit. The other two bedrooms have huge windows as well so no one misses out on the natural light. You just feel good waking up here.

Living in Dubai Gate One puts you in a really good spot in JLT. There are actually a lot of families in this tower so you sometimes see kids on bikes in the evenings or neighbors chatting downstairs. I know the amenities are a big deal for most people and honestly they do them well here. The rooftop pool is always clean and feels a bit like a getaway without ever leaving home. The gym is fully equipped and there is always someone at reception if you need anything. It is a proper community feel and people tend to look out for one another.

What I like about Jumeirah Lake Towers is you are close to pretty much everything without the crazy traffic right at your door. The DMCC Metro is a short walk so if you want to leave the car at home that is easy. The Dubai Marina is just ten minutes by car so you can pop over for the beach or dinner by the water any time. Or just stay local because you have restaurants and cafes right downstairs. There is a little supermarket at the base of the tower which makes quick errands a breeze. Even little things like the pharmacy being close by make such a difference.

Honestly this apartment just feels easy and comfortable. The marble floors catch the light in the afternoon and the views feel kind of soothing at the end of a long day.
