Sheikh Zayed Road is always within reach so you are connected to the rest of the city pretty easily. I often end up at Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard for dinner because it is so close.

One thing you will notice if you start thinking about investment, the value stands out here. This apartment was actually bought for much more than it is priced for now.
