Some places catch your eye as soon as you walk in and honestly this studio villa in Samara at Arabian Ranches 2 made me sort of pause for a second. Emirates Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road are both very close so if you commute or want to get to the airport or Downtown Dubai you will not have to worry about long drives. It is the kind of place that feels like a proper home but does not give you those headaches about access.

The real magic though is the community. People know each other here. You will notice how easy it is to park your car walk over to the Ranches Souk and find just what you need whether it is groceries dinner or something a bit more fun on the weekends. Sometimes in the evening you hear soft music from one of the villas further down and the smell of someone grilling.
