If you care about shopping or eating out, Meydan One Mall is going in right at the end of the lagoon and you will have something fresh to discover all the time. I also like that the Meydan Racecourse is close by for a change of scenes now and then.

This studio villa in District One works well for someone who wants a quiet base that still feels connected to everything. It is not huge but it is definitely not cramped.
