There's a normal rhythm to life here which you do not always find in Dubai.

Getting in and out of the area is simple. Mohamed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road both run close by so whether you are commuting or just want to hit the beach, it does not take much effort. The airport is pretty close too if you travel now and then.

Honestly the difference with this villa is that it never tries too hard. You feel comfortable wandering from room to room.
