Sometimes you walk into a place and can imagine a really good life happening there. That is pretty much what I felt when I spent a morning in Ruba at Arabian Ranches 3. Honestly I was expecting the usual quiet suburb style but this one actually feels alive when you are there people are out jogging or taking their dogs for a slow walk kids roll past on bikes and you can smell fresh grass even with all the sunshine. The townhouses here are all built with that Mediterranean vibe you get soft creamy colors lots of light bouncing around and just enough little details to make a place feel inviting instead of showy or stiff.

What really stands out though is the calm. There is just something about Arabian Ranches 3 I cannot explain properly unless you stand here too. Maybe it is the way the streets curve or how the trees are getting taller each year. When I visited some people waved from their gardens as they watered the plants and it just felt genuine not rushed.
