There are easy walking paths and a golf academy nearby, and if you are lucky, on a Friday morning you catch the coffee shop just as the pastries come out of the oven. Getting around is easy too because the main roads are close, and the schools nearby mean mornings are just that little bit less rushed.

When I think of this villa, I think of open mornings with sunlight streaming through, pool days with friends over, and quiet nights watching the lake settle down.
