There is something about walking up the wide stone path to this six bedroom villa on Palm Jumeirah that just makes you pause for a second. The sea breeze has a habit of sneaking through the arches and the first thing you notice is how light seems to reach into every corner of the house. You are not greeted with shiny marble that feels cold or uninviting but real warmth from the sand colored walls and big sun filled windows. I actually found myself leaning over the balcony for a while just watching the waves roll in. Sometimes you get lucky with a home that manages to feel open and private at the same time.

With the villa coming unfurnished you get to shape it all to your own style and feel which in my opinion is refreshing. No fussy hand me downs from someone else's idea of luxury.
