Mirador La Coleccion 2, Mirador La Coleccion, Arabian Ranches
Some homes just have a certain way of making you pause as soon as you walk in. This six bedroom villa in Mirador La Coleccion at Arabian Ranches really does that. When I first came by, honestly, I just slowed down for a minute near the entrance and felt how open and bright everything is. It is the sort of place where you might find yourself taking off your shoes a little quicker than usual, probably because the floors feel so cool and polished underfoot. Marble everywhere on the ground floor catches the light in a way that makes sunrise look a little extra golden. There is something about that first impression here.
You come up the marble walkway and by the time you step through the gate, you can tell right away it has been looked after with real care. You might even catch a bit of birdsong in the morning if you stand by the garden for a while. Over on the left, you have the guest suite and it is not just a small space for guests to crash—it actually feels private, with storage and its own bathroom tucked away. If someone in the family likes their own bit of quiet, this setup works well. The powder room is on the right side as you step in, and it just feels practical having it there. Walking a little further, the living room stretches out and it opens to the views of the garden outside and that infinity pool that always seems so blue. Sometimes when I visit, I end up just watching the pool for a bit, especially with the course in the background. It is a nice reminder you are actually living right on the Arabian Ranches golf course—a view that never really gets old if you are a fan of green spaces.
The dining room feels like it is made to be used, not just shown off. The kitchen too—it has that all white finish and somehow it feels fresh all the time. People who enjoy cooking will see it is not just for show. You can open up the doors right to the garden, which might tempt you into dragging your morning coffee and newspaper outside. And the outdoor area has something a lot of places do not—a covered spot under the pagoda that almost begs for lazy weekend afternoons, maybe some friends over for a barbecue or just lying back as the sun dips over the golf course. You will probably notice the garden never feels crowded, and even if there are a few kids running around, it is the sort of yard that soaks up a bit of chaos and still comes out calm.
Walking upstairs, you notice the wood floors right away, they have that just-finished look but are soft on your feet. The master bedroom sits at the front, spacious with its own bath, and the windows look over the garden and out to the rolling fairways. There are two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms too, which makes things easier on busy mornings. The two back bedrooms share a bath between them, which could work well for siblings or maybe a home office that needs the afternoon light. Every bedroom has its built-in wardrobe space that just blends in, finished in these crisp white doors. It is a small detail but somehow it makes everything feel tidy.
Arabian Ranches itself just carries this sense of space you do not always get closer to the city center. Mirador La Coleccion has a gentle feel to it—families out walking dogs in the evenings, neighbors stopping to talk, the local coffee shop always just far enough away so you have an excuse for a stroll. The way the villa sits back from the main road gives it quiet. You would never guess you are so close to shops schools and plenty of other conveniences if you want them.
It is easy to see how this place suits anyone looking for both comfort and a bit of privacy. Sometimes I find myself thinking you almost forget you are in Dubai once you are inside, especially with the garden breeze coming through. There are a lot of homes in this neighborhood but few with this kind of feel.
The only way to know if it fits is to come see it. If you want to look around or need to ask about anything, just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com, we simply want your next move to feel as relaxed as possible.
