Golf Place 2, Golf Place, Dubai Hills Estate
Sometimes a villa just has this calm energy the second you walk in. That is exactly what happened to me stepping inside this six bedroom home in Golf Place at Dubai Hills Estate. Some spaces whisper at you to slow down and take a moment for yourself, and honestly that is the feeling right here. Sunlight kind of pours in and bounces off the polished floors and somehow you end up just standing by the window for no good reason watching the greenery outside. The birds across the golf course get busy early and you catch them out of the corner of your eye while you are getting your morning coffee.
Dubai Hills Estate has always been a favourite for people who like a bit of everything. For one thing you are never far from anything you need. It is pretty central and access to the main places in Dubai is easy. People head over to the Dubai Hills Golf Club a lot either for a quick round or just to grab a bite at the clubhouse. I have noticed you see families strolling at Dubai Hills Park in the evenings and the younger kids end up cycling or having ice cream at the little shops close by. There is something community oriented about the place and even if you want privacy you still feel connected.
Now the villa itself has this openness to it spread out over more than thirteen thousand square feet on a big corner plot. I think that is partly why the light and air feel so free compared to the usual villas. They have made good use of that space too. A pool just fits naturally in the backyard and it does not feel crowded at all. You will notice how the landscaping is planned to blend with the outdoors so that it feels green from every angle. If you are having a barbecue or a small gathering outdoors in the winter, you get all these wide views and it just does not feel boxed in.
Once you get inside, the living areas actually flow into each other. It is not one of those layouts where people get separated off in different corners during a family get together. I guess it feels really social but at the same time there are quiet nooks to just read or listen to music. The kitchen surprised me if I am honest. It has actual working space with marble countertops and a hidden dirty kitchen that means you can keep the main area neat if you are having guests over. I could picture real family meals happening here and not just the kind of re heating you do on busy weekdays.
There is a guest bedroom downstairs which is nice for visitors or older family members who may not want to take the stairs all the time. Plus you will find a utility room and space for live in help. Upstairs is where things get interesting because you have five more bedrooms that each have their own character. Some open onto big terraces where you really can catch a bit of fresh air and look out at the greenery or watch the sun go down behind the golf course. The main bedroom feels private and has its own balcony. There is actually a second maid's room upstairs which is rare and a big bonus if you have a larger family. The recreation space up there could be a home gym or a playroom or honestly just somewhere to unwind but it feels flexible.
Throughout the home there are little touches that make daily life easier. Storage is good but not overdone. There are no weird tiny rooms that stay unused for years. Upstairs and downstairs both feel like they connect well. You'll start to imagine moving in pretty fast after seeing it. Sometimes places look beautiful in photos but do not live up to it in person. This villa is the opposite. It is genuinely spacious and feels practical all at once. Dubai Hills Mall is literally just a short drive and you have everything from shops to cafes whenever you need a change of scene.
I always feel like the best way to tell if a property is right for you is to see it for yourself. Paper and pictures cannot give you the real feel. Drop me a message if you would like to walk through it or if you just have questions about Dubai Hills.
