The Dubai Mall is an easy walk and that stroll at sunset is better than you would expect. You see kids biking, people heading out, or friends grabbing coffee in the area. It feels real and lived in.
The amenities at The 118 Downtown are more than just a checklist. The roof deck is huge. Around four thousand square feet. Sunset from up there makes you forget how close you are to the rest of Dubai. There is a big pool and a proper wellness center. Plus someone is always at the concierge ready to help out. Even just for those small things like a delivery or a coffee run.
Living in this six bedroom penthouse really connects you with the best of central Dubai but at the end of the day you feel like you can hide away and just unwind.
