Elegant 7 Bedroom Villa in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai

Some homes just have this quiet sort of energy as soon as you walk in and this seven bedroom villa in the Wildflower part of Jumeirah Golf Estates really does that. When I first stepped inside I just stopped for a second honestly you almost need to or you miss the calm that fills the place. You can hear birds outside and even on a brighter day the light flickers gently through the trees and gives you a real sense of privacy. The land here is generous and it feels like there is all the space in the world both outdoors and in. 

What stood out to me was how easy it is to picture everyday life here. The architecture is big and quite striking but it does not feel stiff at all. Walking through the main entrance the hallway opens up and you get glimpses of the garden from more than one angle. It is always green always a bit peaceful. The built up area is huge you have over twenty one thousand square feet of space so you never have that boxed in feeling that a lot of villas in Dubai sometimes get. 

The heart of the home is probably the basement level. I actually sat down for a moment in the private cinema and thought about how nice it would be to just watch a film with your family or friends away from all the noise. It feels tucked away and you almost forget you are in a villa at all down there. The underground parking is another thing you do not really see everywhere plus it fits up to six cars which is more space than most people ever need. If you have kids or guests who love visiting they will love having their own elevator all the way up or down. No stairs unless you feel like them.

The bedrooms are spread around in a way that gives everyone their own sense of space and comfort. Each one is ensuite so you do not get people knocking about in the mornings which is a small thing but definitely makes family living easier. The master bedroom is especially nice you wake up to parts of the garden or get a peek of the golf course. Sometimes I think the walk in wardrobe is almost its own room and the bathroom feels genuinely luxurious not just fancy.

One of my favorite bits about this place is the way the outdoors blends into the living area. The garden here is mature and pretty well established so there is shade in the summer and lots of places to just sit and do nothing for a while. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are temperature controlled which makes them feel usable for more of the year. The sauna is one of those features you might not use every day but it is definitely good to have after a round of golf or a tough work week.

Safety and privacy have not been overlooked either. There is a little security room so you get that peace of mind and you rarely see anyone that is not a guest or neighbor unless you invite them. Wildflower is really one of the quietest parts of Jumeirah Golf Estates. Sometimes you see people walking their dogs in the evenings or you might spot a family heading to one of the clubhouses. The championship golf courses feel close by but you never get the noise of the crowds. When you need a good meal or just want a coffee you are not far from cafes or restaurants and the City Centre is honestly not that far either. Still you always feel a world away from the city.

Living here you just get a slower pace and a bit of breathing room. Even mundane things like going to the supermarket are easy. The area is vacant right now so you do not need to wait around for anyone to move out. You can just take your time exploring the villa or standing in the garden listening to the wind for once instead of the traffic.
