Oh and the building is pet friendly so you will see folks out walking dogs in the evenings.

Inside you have a proper chef's kitchen. Not just for heating up takeout but somewhere you could actually cook a real meal and enjoy the process. All the appliances are included so you can move in and start fresh—fridge washer dryer dishwasher stove and microwave. The living area is open enough so you can have friends over and not feel cramped. There is a guest half bath which is handy and your bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. There is just a bit more space to spread out than you expect in a one bed home. You will also find that the parking space is right next to the elevator here which is rare. Plus there is so much visitor parking that having friends or family over is never a headache.

One thing I like about Zaafaran is how well maintained everything is. The security is really on top of things but you hardly notice it which is probably the best sign. It just feels safe and comfortable to walk in at any hour. The building connects to Manzil Hotel too which is good to know when you have visitors or just want a great breakfast on the weekend.

People often say Old Town is the best blend of classic and new. You get those Arabesque details with stonework and arches but at the same time you are right by all the best parts of Dubai. This apartment works whether you are looking for a main home or just a smart pied a terre for city trips. Living here you have a little oasis in the center of it all. Like you get to slip away from the buzz but find it again whenever you want.
