Vezul Residence, Business Bay
Some places you just notice right away that people actually live here and it feels good. This one bedroom apartment at Vezul Residences in Business Bay is kind of like that. Maybe it is the natural light that pours in or maybe it is just how peaceful it feels despite being in the middle of everything. When I walked in, I found myself glancing out toward the canal and then up at Burj Khalifa in the distance and I just stopped for a sec. You can see city life but it does not feel busy inside. Sometimes you notice the birds whirling between towers here in the morning and you remember Dubai is pretty special.
So for location, honestly, it makes everything easy. You have old Dubai's charm just down Al Khail and the newer areas surrounding you. Business Bay can be busy during the week but somehow this tower feels tucked away a bit. If you like to get out for a morning run or just grab a coffee before work, the waterfront is a few minutes by foot. There are regulars who walk their dogs below and every now and then you catch people snapping photos of the skyline. Evenings are calmer. There's the sound of kids playing in the green space or someone laughing near the barbecue area. You sort of slip into a neighborhood routine even if you've only lived here a month or two.
Inside the apartment, I noticed the living area is big enough you can host friends but it also does not feel too empty if you just want a quiet movie night. The balcony is one of the parts I love most. I stood there for a bit and honestly it is the kind of view that makes you want to grab your morning tea and actually sit still before the day starts. Sometimes you almost forget your phone and just watch the city change color as the sun moves. You have a semi open kitchen and it really feels like somewhere you'd cook a proper dinner. Not just heat up leftovers. The Siemens appliances are already built in and there are even curtains ready for you. That seems like a small thing but it actually helps when you move in and want to feel at home right away.
The bedroom is tucked away which means it stays quiet even if you have friends over. En suite bathroom of course and it has this clean, simple vibe. Honestly it is easy to see your things fitting in here. Maybe a photo on the shelf, a stack of your favorite books on the bedside table. There is a guest toilet too which people often forget about but trust me, you notice it when you do not have one.
Parking is sorted. You have a spot of your own so no stress about coming home late. Downstairs, the lobby surprised me with how high the ceiling feels. There is always someone at reception and security is always around but not intrusive. If you have kids or nieces visiting the indoor and outdoor play spots are great. Older guests sometimes hang out in the lounge area and chat with neighbors. There is a proper games room. Football. PlayStation. Table tennis if that is your thing.
The pool is an infinity one and honestly it is the kind you want to actually use not just look at. Some days you see a few people reading by the side or just taking a slow swim at dusk. Sauna is there too and a little pool for the kids. Green patches mean you can sit outside or have a quick picnic on a weekend. And the maintenance team here is no joke. Something up? Call and they sort it fast. It just makes things easy.
Sometimes you really get the sense that Vezul Residences is built for people who want Dubai's energy without the stress. Even if you go out every day or work from home, you can settle into your own pace here. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it for yourself.
