I have even seen families with strollers heading to the school before the morning rush.

If you drive, you will notice parking is well planned and getting onto the main road is simple. Downtown Dubai is not far and you can get to Dubai Mall or the Burj Khalifa area pretty quick even with traffic. If you work in the city or like to be close to the action, this is a great in-between kind of spot. Neither hectic nor too out of the way.
