Park Point, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just have a certain light about them. This one bedroom apartment at Park Point in Dubai Hills Estate is like that. I remember walking in the first time and pausing for a moment just by the window. The morning sun really bounces around in here and somehow you get the city view without all the noise that you would expect. You are right in Dubai Hills but when you close the door it feels quiet. Honestly, for a place that puts you so close to the Marina and even Burj Khalifa you do not feel hurried.
The living space here is not just an open plan room with some fancy lights. It actually feels like a real space to just relax. I picture someone settling in after a day and flicking through the TV or just reading by the window because the light just works. You have big windows which frame the city outside but when you look down you catch bits of the boulevard and sometimes you see people heading out for coffee or a walk. The building itself sits along this boulevard that gives you such good access to everything in the Dubai Hills Estate. You could walk out for a quick run to the central park and most of the folks here seem to do that on weekends.
The kitchen is not one of those tucked away corners either. It feels like somewhere you would actually cook your breakfast and not just heat something up. There is enough space to move around and chat at the same time. The layout inside was really thought out so you do not get stuck with unused corners or places you just walk by and ignore. Instead it has this easy flow and sometimes you almost forget you are in an apartment.
Bedroom wise it is generous for a one bedroom place. You might think 685 square feet means you have to squish everything together but here it does not feel like that. There is a sense of proper space back there and the light comes in but not too strong. You can actually sleep late here as the sun does not wake you at six. Plus there are built in wardrobes that do not eat up floor space. You still have enough room for other things and honestly just putting up a few personal touches would make it feel like home almost straight away.
Location wise Park Point is right at the heart of Dubai Hills Estate which means you are never really far from anything. Dubai Marina is about fifteen minutes away if you hit the road at the right time and Burj Khalifa is not that much further. What I like about this spot is you get those quick trips to Jumeirah Beach for the weekend or the malls if you want to shop or grab coffee with friends. There is a promenade just outside with small shops and sometimes people just stroll in the evenings. And yeah you are never far from a good coffee shop here.
One thing you will notice about Park Point is that it feels very fresh. You are surrounded by green spaces. There is this huge central park a few minutes walk away where you will see families playing and people just sitting and chatting. Sometimes I catch the scent of cut grass as I walk towards the parking. The Dubai Hills golf course is around the corner too so even if you are not a golfer you are getting all that open space.
You can get to places like Dubai International Airport or Al Maktoum Airport pretty easily because Al Khail Road is just there. If you travel a lot or have friends flying in now and again it makes life easier. Plus the local community here is friendly. You see neighbors saying hi in the elevator and sometimes kids biking along the paths in the evenings.
I could tell you more but honestly the only real way to know if this apartment feels right is to see it for yourself. If you have questions or even just want to check it out and stand by the window like I did just reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we really try to keep things simple and help you feel at home from the very start.
