Right opposite Zaabeel Park, you get this patch of calm even though downtown Dubai is basically next door. The second you step inside the building, you start to hear less of the city and see more green than you expect. There are only a handful of places in Dubai where you wake up with the park as your view, and honestly, you kind of feel it in the mood of the place as soon as you arrive.

The thing you notice first here is the view. This is the only residential building that really looks right out over Zaabeel Park, and I am always amazed how much that changes the feeling versus being surrounded by towers and road noise. Downtown Dubai is just over Sheikh Zayed Road so the Dubai Mall and all the big hotels are close, but turn back the other way and you are not far from Satwa and the older parts of Dubai if you want something different. You can pretty much get anywhere fast but you still get that breathing space around you.

At Park Gate Residences you have options if you ever need more space. There are bigger apartments for families and even townhouses up on the podium itself with views over the park. But even the one bedroom here feels different from the usual. It is easy to picture starting out here, or even just using it as a city base and always having the park for morning walks.
