That is the thing I kept thinking about when I walked into this one bedroom apartment at MINA by Azizi, right on the eastern crescent of Palm Jumeirah. You catch the morning light pouring in through the tall glass doors and you just kind of stop for a minute and take it all in. There is the Arabian Gulf stretching as far as you can see and those iconic Palm views that people from all over the world dream about. I ended up just standing by the window for a while and even caught a glimpse of Atlantis. It is easy to forget how close you are to everything because it just feels peaceful up here.

The apartment itself is on one of the higher floors so you get that extra bit of quiet that you maybe do not appreciate fully until you live in a busy city like Dubai. I know kitchens in these places can sometimes feel a bit too shiny and not very practical, but this one just works. It is bright and open and you can hear the sea breeze if you crack a window. If you have little ones there is a play area just for them tucked out of the way but always close enough to keep an eye.

If you ever need something different for dinner or coffee, the Palm has its own laid back cafés and some of Dubai's best restaurants without ever feeling too far from home. Dubai Marina is close by for nights when you want a bit more buzz and some good shops are just a short drive away when you need them.

This apartment is not just about shiny finishes or saying you live at Palm Jumeirah. It feels like somewhere you can find your own rhythm.
