There is a five star hotel nearby too so if friends or family come in from out of town it is always an easy option. Getting to Downtown Dubai or DIFC or even the airport is not a headache at all. Seriously it just feels convenient and you do not find that everywhere. Sometimes in the evenings you see people with kids walking down the wide pavements or neighbors out for a jog. It is one of those places where the coffee shop is never far when you need it and the vibe never feels too busy.

I could talk about Meydan Avenue and all the little community touches here for a while but honestly you will know right away if it is your kind of place the moment you walk in.
