Restaurants like Tony Romas and PF Changs are just down the way and honestly there are so many options you could eat somewhere new every weekend. Dubai Marina Mall and Reel Cinema are just beyond that if you feel like a movie night or bouncing around the trampoline park after work.

If you are into wellness or just like the idea of having everything close it all comes together here. You have a swimming pool with a lifeguard so it is easy to squeeze in a swim after a long day. There is a really well equipped gym plus steam and sauna rooms that never feel too crowded. Even if you are just after a game of pool or table tennis there is a place for that too downstairs. The Dubai Metro and Tram stations mean you are always about a five minute ride from most places around the city without worrying about parking. You can also walk over to the public beach at Jumeirah Beach Residence and just enjoy some sand between your toes.

To be honest I think some apartments in Dubai Marina can feel the same but this one stands out because it just feels ready.
