Elemental 22, Jumeirah Garden City, Al Satwa
Some homes just feel a little different from the minute you come in. This one bedroom apartment in Jumeirah Garden City gave me that feeling. There is something about the way the sunlight moves across the living room in the afternoon. You get that full wall of windows, and honestly, it almost becomes a habit to just stop and look out for a while. You can see a mix of buildings and bits of green down below and you get the sense you are tucked away in your own calm space even though the energy of Dubai is all around you.
It is not the biggest apartment in the world, around 841 square feet I think, but the way it is set up it never once felt cramped. The layout just works, and you can imagine yourself moving through here whether you are winding down after work or sharing some coffee with a friend on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony, I stood there for five minutes and honestly forgot what I had planned for the day. It is easy to picture coffees in the morning here or just sitting and watching the sky change in the evening. Sometimes you even catch a bit of a breeze and you almost think you are out of the city for a second.
Living here at Elemental 22 in Al Satwa feels a bit different too. The building only has forty two apartments which really changes how quiet and private things feel. It is not like those huge towers where you barely recognize anyone. You start to pick up on a few familiar faces and there is sort of a quiet neighborhood feeling, but it is all new and modern. When you walk in, the first thing that stands out is how green things look and feel. They really put some effort into the landscaping and the whole place tries to mix comfort with that mindfulness thing a lot of people are looking for these days. Even inside, you notice the air feels lighter and the lighting is just right.
For anyone into wellness and healthy living, Elemental 22 has some solid options. There is a gym that is actually set up for workouts you want to do, not just for show. A real Pilates room. The rooftop pool is something special, with this pure view out over the city. Even if you are not a big swimmer, it is the kind of place you just want to hang out after work. For quieter days or if you work from home, there is this co working space they call The Greenhouse Sanctuary. It has these easy chairs and so much natural light that it feels more like a library than an office. There is even a recovery lounge if you are into athletic recovery or just unwinding. You will also find a small kids club and, honestly, the cinema lounge is where I would probably spend a lot of weekends catching up on movies I missed. Plus, there is a little coffee place in the building called The Mill Café. You never have to walk far for a decent espresso.
What surprised me about this place is that the feeling you get here matches up with what you see on paper. It is built with sustainability in mind. You might not notice right away, but energy bills tend to run a bit lower and they used some smart systems for greenery throughout. You forget you are still in Al Satwa, right in Jumeirah Garden City, with so much going on outside. But up here, it slows right down.
People always talk to me about investment. Here the numbers look promising, especially with the way land values keep moving up in this part of Dubai. But honestly, I think the real thing is how it feels every day. Sometimes, you almost do not even grab your phone. That is pretty rare.
The only real way to know is to walk through it yourself. If you are looking for a peaceful spot in the city, or if you just have questions and want a relaxed chat, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just try to help you find a place that feels like home. Come see if it suits what you are after.
