Harbour Views 1, Dubai Creek Harbour
Some places just feel good the minute you open the door. This one bedroom apartment in Harbour Views One in Dubai Creek Harbour is a perfect example. When I came in, the first thing I noticed was how much sunlight poured in from those big windows. It is bright almost every hour of the day and honestly you'll probably find yourself standing by the window just watching the city moving along down below. Sometimes you forget you are right in the middle of one of Dubai's fastest growing areas because it still feels pretty peaceful up here on a mid floor.
There is plenty of space in the living area for you to stretch out or have friends over. I always say it is more than enough room for a proper sofa and maybe even a reading chair by the window if you are like me and need a bit of quiet every once in a while. The kitchen is right off to the side and it is open enough that cooking never feels boxed in. There is real space for a gas stove and all the big appliances you need plus the storage is actually useful. I could see someone cooking for real in this kitchen not just grabbing takeaway. I've also noticed the lighting just works in the evenings it is warm and soft and makes dinners feel laid back.
The bedroom is more than just a spot to sleep. It is got those light built in closets which help keep the room looking fresh and neat. I walked through in the afternoon and the sunlight just made the space feel larger than it is on paper. And mornings here really do have a glow to them especially when you can hear birds now and then. Everything in here feels solid but not overdone. You can add your own bits and pieces if you like. It is definitely the kind of room that feels quiet at the end of a long day.
What's special here though is not just the apartment itself but where it is. Dubai Creek Harbour is changing fast and that's half the fun for people who like watching a city grow. From the windows you can see some of the future taking shape. There is the Creek Tower coming up not far away supposed to be the tallest thing built by human hands. You get to see its progress every day which I think is pretty cool. And, if you have a moment, look down and you might notice families in the park or people out for a jog. There is a new park that is meant to open this year, about three hundred thousand square meters, so it will be great for anyone who wants to get outside. Evening walks will probably become a routine because it's just so close.
I have to say, a big plus is knowing that new restaurants and cafés are coming soon. If you are someone who loves having different places to eat or meet up with friends, you are not going to be short on options. I heard there will be more community events around as well so it should feel lively without being crowded. The area is very much a blend of energy and quiet corners.
Getting around is easy from here. Downtown Dubai is never far which makes commuting or heading out for shopping simple. The airport is not much of a trek either. The Harbour Views community itself feels tidy and safe and you start to see the same faces in the lifts by your second week so the place feels a bit more personal than you might expect for such a new district.
In general, this apartment just feels right for someone who wants a fresh start but also wants to be where the next part of Dubai is happening. Sometimes you get so comfortable you forget your phone for a bit.
The only way to know if it fits you is to come and have a look for yourself. If you have questions about anything specific or just want to take a slow walk through the place please let me know. Here at LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make your next move feel as natural as possible.
