This place is right across from that beautiful new park so I can imagine weekend picnics and having friends over without any real trouble. Plus there are these local coffee shops that everyone in the area ends up at after lunch. If you drive or travel a lot, it is easy getting to Dubai International Airport so you do not lose time in traffic. Burj Khalifa is close enough for those nights when you want to feel the buzz of downtown but far enough so you still get the peace and those skyline views. Even the lobbies here actually smell nice which is something you only notice when a building is looked after.

I think what is best is how it never feels boxed in, being surrounded by all that water and greenery. You feel like you are part of something bigger but it is never overwhelming. Harbour Gate is one of those addresses that lets you enjoy city life without it chasing you around your own home.
