There are shopping and dining spots opening up not far from Golf Views so grabbing a quick bite or doing the groceries does not need to be a mission. If you work close to Expo City or in that side of Dubai the commute is really manageable. Plus you get that breathing space which you just cannot find in the centre any more.

What stands out is how much you get here for the price. Eight hundred thousand dirhams is not so easy to find for something this new with this much green around you. You get the community feel without the city crush plus a real chance to watch the area become its own hotspot over the next few years.
