Golf Views, EMAAR South, Dubai South (Dubai World Central)
Some homes just feel easy as soon as you walk in and this one bedroom apartment at Golf Views in Emaar South is definitely one of those places. I remember stepping inside and for a second it was just quiet with these huge windows letting in warm sunlight across the living room. The first thing you really notice is the view right across to the golf course at Emaar South. It is green for what feels like forever and on some days you might catch a bit of the morning breeze drifting in if you leave the terrace doors open. Honestly you could just sit out there with a coffee and watch the light change on the grass or people heading out with their clubs while the whole place is waking up.
Inside it just feels comfortable and not fussy at all. The floor to ceiling windows wrap around the space so you do not feel boxed in. The open plan living area makes the apartment feel bigger than the square footage might sound on paper and the kitchen actually looks like somewhere you might cook a proper dinner not just heat up a takeaway. There is space to relax and you do not get that cabin feeling some smaller apartments have. You will notice the way the natural light really shows off the warm tones of the interiors too – it is all very neutral with touches of wood which just seem to work especially when you look out and see all that green.
The bedroom feels like a little retreat especially the master with a chunk of room just for yourself. There is a walk-in wardrobe that you do not usually find in one bedroom places so storing all your stuff is easy. The en suite bathroom is surprisingly large as well. I stopped for a minute thinking how handy it would be if you actually lived here – no juggling for closet space and the extra room makes early mornings less of a rush. The apartment is ready to move into and is just waiting for someone to add a bit of personality because the base is all set.
Out in the community you start to get that sense of the place growing. Emaar South is still coming up but you already feel it is got the essentials lined up. There are fitness centres and outdoor pools which come in handy on the hotter days. I have walked down some of the landscaped paths and honestly it just feels safe. Sometimes you see families out biking late in the afternoon or neighbours chatting by the park. There are shopping and dining spots opening up not far from Golf Views so grabbing a quick bite or doing the groceries does not need to be a mission. If you work close to Expo City or in that side of Dubai the commute is really manageable. Plus you get that breathing space which you just cannot find in the centre any more.
What stands out is how much you get here for the price. Eight hundred thousand dirhams is not so easy to find for something this new with this much green around you. Whether you are thinking of moving in for yourself or looking for an investment, honestly the demand for this district is creeping up as more people see the value. You get the community feel without the city crush plus a real chance to watch the area become its own hotspot over the next few years.
The best way to know if all this feels as comfortable to you as it did to me is to walk through it yourself. If you have got questions or just want to see what it is like in person let me know anytime. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next move in Dubai as relaxed as possible and there is no pressure either way. Sometimes you just have to feel a place before deciding if it fits your life.
