Some homes just have this easy welcome as soon as you step through the door. That is exactly the feeling I got the last time I wandered into this one bedroom apartment at Eaton Place in Jumeirah Village Circle. You know those spaces where you just slow down and let your shoulders drop a bit because everything feels soft and calm. This is that kind of place. The sense of space is the first thing that hits you. It feels open and breezy with the sunlight falling across the pale floors. Groceries, a barber, those last minute gifts, even a pharmacy and a couple of decent coffee shops. There is this bakery I always go past with the smell of fresh bread wafting out each morning. And if you need to go further, you have Al Khail Road just there and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road so heading into the Marina or Downtown Dubai honestly takes less time than you think. Sometimes you see people on bikes in the evenings and there is a small park with kids running around. It feels much more like a neighbourhood than you expect in Dubai.

Schools are starting to pop up nearby, plus clinics and even sports fields. I know people who just started here to try it for a year and then would not dream of moving away. It is the kind of area you grow into.
