Burj Khalifa, Burj Khalifa Area, Downtown Dubai
Sometimes when you step into a place high up in Burj Khalifa you just pause for a second. The sense of quiet that comes with being above most of the city is something special and honestly I do not think you ever quite get used to those views. This one bedroom apartment is on a higher floor so you are not just living in Downtown Dubai you are sitting right in the clouds sometimes. I remember looking out one of the floor to ceiling windows and just watching the city shift below. It is hard to be in a rush when it all looks so peaceful from up here.
Now this apartment has a really genuine warmth to it which is not always easy to find in modern spaces. The wood finish all along the walls and some of the furniture just makes you want to take your shoes off and settle in. Sunlight finds its way into every corner during the day and even in the evenings Downtown Dubai feels alive with all the city lights flickering on and off. The kitchen is something else too. I know a lot of apartments talk about high end appliances but here you actually get Miele everything. So it is the sort of kitchen where it feels natural to try a proper meal for yourself or friends if you want. The countertops are big enough that you never feel boxed in. If you cook a lot you will appreciate just having everything at arm's reach and if you do not that is fine but I still think you will be tempted to try.
It is fully furnished which can take a load off your mind if you are not really keen on doing up a place from scratch. The details are thoughtful – there's a comfortable spot for your morning coffee or if you want to just read while watching the sun shift over Downtown. Actually one of my favorite things is how the whole layout does not feel forced. There is a flow here that makes sense even with a compact one bedroom. Plenty of storage too which might seem dull but trust me it makes every day life feel easy.
Of course living in the Burj Khalifa means you get a few perks that almost no one else does. Residents have access to pools where it is never all that crowded so swimming actually feels like a treat. The gym is honestly better equipped than plenty of clubs in town so working out is almost a part of daily life here. There is a sky lounge up at the hundred and twenty third floor with views that you want to show off every time someone visits and I will say it feels like being on top of the world up there. Plus there is discounted access to both the Armani Hotel and the Burj Club which means quick afternoons at the spa or dinner that needs no planning.
Downtown Dubai itself is always buzzing but somehow up here it is a different world. The Dubai Mall is almost next door so late night ice cream runs happen more than you would expect. The fountains are something you hear in the evenings if you want to step onto the sky lounge or just open your window and sometimes you see people jogging or families out just enjoying the city. Even the little coffee shops nearby end up feeling like part of your routine pretty quickly.
At three million dirhams for just over eleven hundred square feet of space in Burj Khalifa you are truly getting something you will not find anywhere else. But I always think price matters less than how a place makes you feel when you are there. The only way to really get that is to walk through and see if it fits you. If you want to take a closer look or just talk about what it is like living here I am always happy to help. At LuxuryProperty.com we believe your move to Downtown Dubai should feel easy and real from the very start. Reach out anytime – even if it is just to see the view for yourself.
