Out on the balcony you look up and see the Arabian Sea stretched out in front. You notice the giant wheel of Ain Dubai nearby and most days you hear the city just quietly in the background not too much. Living up high in Building One feels a little private. You are above it all but still part of Bluewaters Island. I stood inside for a bit and honestly just listened to the waves. It is one of those mornings when the air feels light.

The living space opens up wide thanks to the floor to ceiling glass. Sunlight just falls in. Sometimes you want to curl up with a book right by the window. The place is pretty modern so everything feels easy. The kitchen is open and actually feels like somewhere you could chop up some vegetables or just grab a snack. The gym is full of good light and even if you are not a gym person it is nice to know it is right there without any fuss. What I like is that even with all these high end amenities there is nothing that feels over the top. The whole thing just works for daily life.

Honestly the location is one of those things you notice more and more. You are a quick walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence if you want to grab a coffee or eat out. Even late at night you will see the cafes along the promenade still busy. There is always a spot to just sit outside and watch people or go for a walk near the water. Bluewaters Bay is well connected without feeling busy. If you need to get into the city you are not far from the main road but when you are back home it is just quiet enough. A lot of the time you almost forget your phone.

What I keep coming back to is the way everything feels like it just fits together in this apartment. It is not the biggest place but it does not have to be. For one person or even a couple it is a perfect kind of getaway right in the middle of Dubai. Whether you like to cook at home or you are more of a restaurant and takeout kind of person this area has something that works. The Bluewaters Island community always has something going on but you can also just do nothing if you want. I guess that is what makes this place different.
