The whole place feels calm in a real way, with that fresh city energy but tucked just enough away to make mornings feel peaceful. You get up here on the high floor and suddenly you are looking down at the busy city but it is like things get quieter. I leaned on the balcony for a few minutes and just watched some clouds drift past the skyline and honestly you start to forget how close you are to everything else going on.

You have got about eight hundred fifty seven square feet that is used really well. The living space actually feels like you want to spend time there whether it is your morning coffee with some sun on your face or just catching up on a show late at night. I sometimes hang out for a bit and you hear just enough of the city to know you are in Dubai but there is a comfort here you do not always get. The community itself in Hillside Dubai is relaxed but you are just minutes from the restaurants shopping and interesting neighbourhoods of Jumeirah Lake Towers. Night walks are a thing here and sometimes you see neighbours with their dogs or just heading to grab a late coffee.
