I stepped through the door and the first thing I noticed was how quiet it is up here. Kind of surprising since you are so close to everything but somehow it feels tucked away and peaceful. Sun streams in most of the day and you get that view of blue water out past the balcony which is almost hypnotic after a while. The Dubai Mall at the Sea is close enough for a quick trip if you want to shop or watch a movie. The Queen Elizabeth II is also nearby if you feel like something a bit different. Road access is also simple so you are never far from Downtown Dubai or the rest of the city.

Living at Dubai Maritime City just has a unique pace to it. You are on the waterfront but not far from everything that makes Dubai exciting.
